Zero Store — E-Commerce Platform & Admin Dashboard

Project Overview

Zero Store is a complete e-commerce solution that provides both a premium customer-facing storefront and a powerful administrative dashboard. Built from the ground up to ensure performance, security, and a beautiful user experience.

Architecture & Backend

The platform leverages a Next.js App Router architecture (SSR/SSG) paired with a Supabase (PostgreSQL) backend. It utilizes Row Level Security (RLS) to enforce strict data isolation directly at the database level, ensuring robust security before data even reaches the frontend.

• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Tiered permissions across Superadmin, Editor, and Support roles, seamlessly controlling access to features and data.
• Advanced Authentication: Custom OTP-based login flows, password recovery, and secure session management.
• Real-Time Smart Notifications: An integrated bell alert system notifying staff of new orders and critical system events.
• Comprehensive Audit Logs: A built-in security ledger that tracks and records all admin activities for accountability.
• Automated Workflows: Custom-branded email automation via Resend for order cancellations, staff invitations, and system alerts.

Design Aesthetics

A premium, dark-mode compatible UI utilizing Tailwind CSS and Framer Motion. It features smooth micro-interactions, responsive glassmorphism designs, and strict null-safe UI components.
